Density Covenants and Amendments

In June, 2014, rural densities were forever preserved on portions of East Edisto; and the East Edisto Conservancy was established to administer and enforce the covenants. The documents below are made available for the convenience of property owners and other interested parties. All documents are recorded in Dorchester and Charleston Counties.
